Todd has been developing websites in Drupal since the dark ages of Drupal 4. He started southern Maine's Drupal User Group in 2008, and has been a group manager ever since. He specializes in site information architecture and workflow design, and especially enjoys building new features customized to the business needs of clients.
Since he is responsible for addressing both the needs of site visitors and the needs of site owners who want to see ROI in the web project, he's always asking people what the business objectives are, what the purpose of each feature is, the expected outcomes, and how the site needs to work to achieve all of that. He thinks in terms of data structures and user interfaces (especially while you are telling him the purpose of a feature or how it's supposed to work).
Outside the world of website development, he is the leading subject matter expert in WWI-era submarine chasers, author of the book, Hunters of the Steel Sharks: The Submarine Chasers of WWI, and editor of an extensive online archive of chaser-related photos, documents, and stories (built in Drupal, of course). And, he loves gardening. This, in case you're wondering, is what you can do with a degree in philosophy.
