Travis Anderson is the Senior Infrastructure and Energy Planner at the Boston Planning and Development Agency. He oversees the Smart Utilities Program and Policy that fosters the development of resilient, equitable, and innovative infrastructure within the City of Boston including; Geothermal Districts, EV adoption, targeted Distributed Energy Resources and electrification strategies. Travis is also a member of the Green Building Committee that ensures proposed new construction projects comply with the City of Boston’s decarbonization and climate goals. He is trained as an architect and is a Certified Passive House Consultant.
