Carolyn J. Law, principal of C. J. Law & Associates, LLC (“CJL”), has over 30 years of experience in real estate consulting, development, and finance. Ms. Law has completed numerous market and financial feasibility studies for new projects, acquisitions, and rehabilitations, for clients including developers, investors and lenders. She has been involved in the pricing, underwriting, surveillance and/or rating of bond issues, loan and real estate portfolios, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and equity interests as an independent third-party consultant on behalf of major financial institutions. Ms. Law has worked with a variety of institutions providing strategic planning and analysis in the real estate area. Most recently, Ms. Law has teamed with engineering firms to pursue development of sustainability and energy efficiency plans for real estate owners, contributing her expertise in real estate and finance. Ms. Law has a B.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania under a joint course of study with the Real Estate Program at Wharton Business School.
