Beth is a dynamic construction professional with a deep commitment to scaling energy efficiency in the AEC industry. Based in RI, Beth has an impressive track record of delivering innovative projects, particularly in Net Zero Energy and Passive House construction.

Beth's professional journey began 20 years ago with “tool bags on”, graduating in time to Estimator, Project Engineer, and Project Manager at vanguard design/build firms in Portland, OR. There, she honed her skills in managing energy-efficient construction and third-party energy certified projects.

As a Special Projects Manager at Unity Homes/Bensonwood in Walpole, NH, Beth successfully managed R&D construction and software projects, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders from developers to local subcontractors, and managed international patents and contracts.

In her current role as Client Success Manager at Seamless, a construction software startup, Beth lends her knowledge of the industry to leverage offsite and high performance construction practices and encourage uptake of methodologies in support of IECC 2030 goals.

Beth's roles also include Phius Certified Passive House Builder trainer, where she delivers content on building science, construction methods, and high performance theory to support the industry in scaling knowledgeable professionals.
