Kim Aboulhosn has been working with Cargo Ventures since its inception in early 2004. She is responsible for analyzing all prospective properties to purchase and develop as well as forecasting equity needs for the company. She reviews and monitors all financial aspects related to the company. She prepares operating and capital budgets and manages the financial reporting. In addition, she is heavily involved in the process for securing financing for the properties. Prior to joining Cargo Ventures, Kim was a Senior Consultant for FTI Consulting (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP Business Recovery Services) for four years where she provided operational restructuring services to clients.
