P.E., LEED AP
David Glickman P.E. LEED AP started GEA from his attic 30 years ago. Since then, David and GEA have been on the forefront of energy efficient building design. GEA was the first engineer in NYC to design VRF for HVAC with no second source heating backup. GEA's designs have included many Passive House, LEED and Enterprise Green projects, and they perform energy modeling, commissioning and energy program consulting via in house staff. Typical projects are mostly new construction, and range from high rise multifamily to multimillion sf retail centers.
