Jon Blair is a passionate public servant who began his career as a Submarine Officer in the United States Navy before joining the Ipswich Electric Light Department in 2016. As an electric utility manager, Jon finds great purpose in supporting the energy transition and contributing to a sustainable future. Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University.
