Rand Lemley joined DREAM Collaborative in 2018. As Project Architect / Sustainability Lead, he brings his focus on sustainability and building performance into the design process to enable innovative solutions to achieve equitable design excellence in all projects. Acknowledging our current climate crisis and housing crisis, Rand operates with an acute sense of the architect’s responsibility to push for the greater good.
Rand is a registered architect in Massachusetts and a Certified Passive House Consultant. He received his Masters of Real Estate and Development and Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College and his Associates of General Studies from Central Texas College. Rand has served as adjunct faculty at Boston Architectural College and currently serves as co-chair of the Decarbonizing Existing Buildings Alliance.
