Cornelia leads the codes and standards team at NEEP (Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships), working collaboratively with states across the region to equitably lower the energy use and greenhouse gas emissions of buildings. She provides technical assistance on the latest building energy codes, stretch codes, and standards to jurisdictions, facilitates stakeholder groups, and develops resources dedicated to reaching a clean energy future.
Cornelia brings to her role nearly two decades of experience in building science, design, management, and construction. Prior to joining NEEP, she worked as an architect for over 15 years. Cornelia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Columbia University, holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, and a MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
