Caitlin joined Cycle in 2014 and has since worked on a borad range of the firm’s sustainable planning, residential and commercial projects, with a focus on delivering high performance projects and building decarbonization. Previously Caitlin’s passion for sustainable & community development led her to work on the design and construction projects in rural Ghana which focused on using local materials and traditional environmental knowledge to build resiliently and with low carbon footprints. She also worked as an architectural consultant for UNICEF in partnership with the Ministry of Education and the World Bank to develop national standards for the construction of pre-primary schools. Caitlin is a Cooper Union School of Architecture Alum, an Irma Weiss Fellow, Certified Passive House Designer and mentor in the the Mentorship for Women in Architecture program.
