Bob Goossens

Robert Goossens, CxA, LEED AP has over thirty years of experience in the facilities management, facilities maintenance, and construction management fields. He has been responsible for new and renovation construction projects up to one million square feet in both manufacturing and office environments. Mr. Goossens has managed two million square feet of building floor space and was responsible for mechanical maintenance and facility inspections. He has also been the construction and project manager of several capital projects including central plants, packing and export centers, and waste treatment plants. As Vice President at WSP, Mr. Goossens has performed and supervised building commissioning of MEP systems and facility assessments. He has developed and implemented preventative maintenance programs, provided full building life cycle cost analysis for operations and maintenance, and developed full owner training manuals. Projects have included basic office buildings through complex data centers, BSL-3 Labs, and hospitals.
