Crissy Haley is a Senior Project Manager for JLL’s Project and Development Services group with a focus on Energy and Sustainability Services. As a LEED Accredited Professional with a concentration in Existing Building: Operations and Maintenance, Ms. Haley specializes in reducing building energy use and incorporating sustainability initiatives into building operations.
Ms. Haley applies technical expertise to identify and implement practical, cost effective energy conservation measures with the goal of helping clients quantify and achieve energy reduction goals. After significant research, Ms. Haley recently presented the business case for a whole building lighting controls retrofit for a global financial institution’s North American headquarters. The project, which was approved for implementation, is one of the largest investments in improving an existing owned asset in the firm’s history. Ms. Haley is currently advising the same client on the feasibility of a rooftop solar array at a site in New Jersey. Ms. Haley’s goal is not only to improve the energy performance of the building but also to increase asset value and re-sale potential.
