39 years of industry experience includes MEP design with a PE firm, as a Maintenance Specialist and Account Executive with Con Edison of NY, Director of Energy Sales with Robison Energy and currently Managing Director at Integral Building & Design, Inc. in Nyack, NY. Since 2018 Tony has been QA/QC Manager, now Senior Building Certification Consultant for Phius (Passive House Institute US).

Tony has been certifying dwelling units for the DOE ZERH, EPA Energy Star, Indoor airPLUS program since 2002 and received multiple Market Leader Awards from both programs. He also certified Phius SF, MF and Commercial projects.

Education includes a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an A.A.S. from S.U.N.Y. in Internal Combustion Engine Engineering Technology.

He is a Certified Energy Manager, Phius Rater, Verifier and CPHC; D.O.E. Zero Energy Ready Home Verifier, RESNET Quality Assurance Designee and Rater Trainer, NAHB Certified Green Professional, and IECC/HERS Compliance Specialist and has multiple certifications from the Building Performance Institute. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of the BPCA/NYS, as a founding member of Passive House Alliance - NY Chapter, RESNET working groups, is Co-Chair of the Rockland Business Association Green Council, and past Vice-President of the NEHERS Alliance.
