OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Has strong carpentry, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (written and oral)

Has a positive attitude, takes on all tasks with enthusiasm, works well with a wide range of people, and is a team player

Has the interest and potential to become a lead carpenter within 1-2 years 

Shares our passion for social and environmental responsibility and our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion

Shows ongoing interest in continuing education 

Always maintains personal and jobsite safety

Owns and maintains hand and power tools

Must have reliable transportation to work sites around metropolitan Boston

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (accommodations will be made for religious and medical exemptions)

DETAILS

Employment type: full-time

Minimum experience: 3 years of field experience in residential construction 

Salary: $28-35 hourly depending on experience

Benefits: worth an additional $6-7 hourly in the initial year including
