MA Builders, a well-established construction company located in Portland, Maine and servicing the Cumberland County area since 2014, is actively seeking an experienced carpenter to join our dynamic team of dedicated builders. We are a tight knit, friendly group of conscientious builders who value hard work and quality construction, who pride themselves on creating beautiful living spaces for our customers, and we’re looking to expand our team.

We’re looking for applicants with preferably 5+ years of tool-belt-on carpentry experience. Our ideal candidate is an integrity driven, self-motivated, problem solver who can take ownership of a project. They should be expertly versed in general carpentry tools and materials, specifically in the areas of framing, finishing work, and cabinetry. Knowledge of green building techniques and practices is a bonus but not a deal breaker. However, while experience in building science is a plus, an interest in it is an absolute must.
