Why didn't my registration go through?
The most common reason for an unsuccessful registration is a declined credit card transaction, usually because of a mismatch between the billing address as entered and the one associated with the card. Please double check the address you entered. Another frequent issue is internet browser problems. To fix this, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
I need to register more than one person from my company. What should I do?

What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for conference passes. However, if you need to cancel your attendance for reasons related to COVID-19, you may request a credit for a future NESEA event. If you have any questions or concerns, please email registration@nesea.org.
Where can I stay?
There are numerous hotels to choose from in Midtown Manhattan, but we recommend booking early, as prices can increase significantly. NESEA does not have reserved rooms or group rates at any hotels for this event.
Do I have to pick which sessions I plan to attend prior to the conference?
No. With a conference pass, you may attend any sessions you wish.
Can I get CEUs for attending?
We are excited to offer continuing education credits toward AIA, BPI, BOC, GBCI, NARI, PHIUS, RESNET, and NYS Professional Engineer certification at this year's conference. All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance to self-report hours to other accrediting organizations.
