Mark is a staff attorney at Acadia Center working from the Boston office. He works on retail electricity rate design, solar policy, distribution grid modernization, and transportation issues, including electric vehicles and clean fuels. Mark holds a JD with honors from NYU School of Law and an AB with honors in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Economics from Harvard College. During law school, he was a faculty research assistant, Articles Editor at the NYU Environmental Law Journal, and interned at NRDC’s Environmental Law Clinic in New York and the Government Civil Litigation Clinic in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Prior to law school, he was an Associate Analyst with NERA Economic Consulting in Boston.
