Mel Williams joined Willdan Energy Solutions (Willdan), the Implementation Contractor for Con Edison’s Small to Medium Business (SMB) Energy Efficiency Program team as a Project Coordinator in November 2020, shortly after completing The Willdan Clean Energy Academy and serving as a team lead for various energy efficiency capstone projects.

Mel is currently part of the SMB Clean Heat Program team. In this role, she provides direct support to participating contractors, assists with the day-to-day functions of the program and delivers program performance updates to senior level management at both companies.

Mel graduated Baruch College with a background in Business and Project Management.
