Sarah Hardcastle is an owner and cofounder of 377 Builders, LLC, a member-owned general contracting company in the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts. To her job as office and finance manager of this nine-year-old company, she brings an extensive liberal arts education focused primarily in the performing arts, and experience gleaned from 20 years of horticultural production and design, but no previous business experience or training whatsoever. Going into business with a fabulous group of talented builders has challenged her to build an entirely new set of skills, and by extension, to develop new ways of thinking about the world.
