Theresa serves as Senior Vice President of Programming and Workforce Skills Cabinet Liaison at Commonwealth Corporation. She leads all workforce programming at Commonwealth Corporation- a spectrum of programs investing in our future workforce, developing pipelines for Workers and Immediate Hiring and training and upskilling the current workforce. Theresa has served in various roles at Commonwealth Corporation for the last 15 years, including development, launch and management of pipeline and incumbent worker training programs.
