Thomas provides innovative solutions via market access and regulatory services to renewable energy and carbon reduction projects. He is at the forefront of the clean energy markets, optimizing value for commercial, industrial, health, educational and financial institutions.
Prior to co-founding Blue Delta Energy, Thomas led origination strategies and management of client environmental portfolios at Element Markets. Thomas also has marketed and sold renewables for Green Mountain Energy and Florida Power & Light. Thomas has in-depth experience in energy and environmental policy in North American and also throughout Africa, Asia and Latin America. Thomas holds a M.A. from the University of Kent, Canterbury, U.K. and a B.A. from Connecticut College.
